Cast Information2010 Cast information packet2010 Casting information Dear Cast members and Sleepy Hollow families: We are so thrilled with the results of this season. We would like to thank all of you for coming to auditions and giving your full commitment to the process. We were so impressed with everyone's involvement and with everyone who was called back. Praise to all of you. Please upload the following material for your benefit including an updated Cast Packet 2010. If you have any questions of concerns, please call Steph Lundberg or Job Christenson for questions. We are happy to answer any questions. The casting process is a difficult and complicated one. We belive that talent is only one part of the entire process. History, growth, skill and the knowledge that you are a hard working, responsible student play a huge part of the process in tandem with talent. It is never just about who is a good dancer, actor, and singer. We often look at how many years you have been with us, how much you have grown, how well you were prepared for your audition, and whether or not you are showing a full commitment to all activities and schedule. The cast packet answers quite a few questions. Please only contact us if you have involved concerns. However, we do need a email confirmation to your directors about whether or not you have accepted your role. If we do not here from you, we ill assume you did not accept, and will immediately replace you. You have until the end of April. Pay your fees to Sleepy Hollow P.O Box 675, Bismarck, ND 59502. $200.00 + $50.00 separate check for set responsibilities. The $50.00 check will be refunded when all duties have been met, and when you have turned in your script. Otherwise, we will cash the check. Every script that isn't returned is at least $50.00. We will see everyone on June 3 for our required intensive weekend. This promises to be an invaluable experience to furthering your theatre education. This will also include production meetings and further details about the summer. A detailed schedule will be out in a couple of weeks. Don't miss "By Request; an evening of entertainment and song auction" This is a wonderful evening of songs from Wicked, Jersey Boys, Movin' Out, Fosse and two new selections from the new Phantom entitled "Love Never Dies." This is the sequel to The Phantom of the Opera written by Andrew Lloyd Webber, and it hasn't even opened on Broadway. We will be premiering these songs to the Bismarck are. See us Tuesday, May 4 at 7:30 p.m. at the Belle Mehus Auditorium. We will also be doing a song auction. Buy a group of raffle tickets and then place the tickets in a hat with your song requests. Job Christenson and Joel Gilbertson will perform your favorites on the spot. This is a fundraiser for Sleepy Hollow student scholarships. It is free will donation event. Open seating. Again, thank you for all of your commitments to Sleepy Hollow, and I know we will have a summer of fun, accomplishments, rewards, education, joy, reflection and fulfillment.
